Zee was amazing and super helpful. I placed a door dash order and even tho I couldn’t tip her personally she added my favorite sweet sauce so my order would be perfect! Give her a promotion! Thx again Zee

I went yesterday to try this place for the first time, and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. The place is incredibly clean, and the staff was unbeatable—friendly, polite, and very attentive. I tried the beef bowl combo, and I have to say it was delicious, a 100 /10, and the nachos with a side of cheese were simply spectacular. I will definitely be back and will make this location (Millennia) my favorite forever. I recommend the beef bowl, which includes all the toppings and a great salsa.
Omg we got the saturday "2 for 20" special and there was so much food! Chips were fresh and warm and there was a big container of queso. Served super fast. 100% worth it!
The staff was amazing and very attentive. Was willing to explain the different menu items to assure that we got exactly what we wanted. The food was quick to the table and was exactly as we ordered it. The quality and level of deliciousness was standard for any tea water flats, which is of course high. The place was clean and immaculate which gives me confidence that the kitchen probably was so as well. I will be back
Convenient location in a small plaza right beside Sus Hi Eat Station, T-mobile and a couple of other shops in the Millenia area. I like the little deck/outside area you can seat at. They have umbrellas to cover too. Indoor atmosphere is fun and colorful. Staff is friendly and quick to hand orders. Clean environment. We like their quesadillas and tacos.
Went into the restaurant while visiting Orlando and placed a dos taco order to go. When I arrived at my hotel, I discovered the Order was not made correctly. I was very disappointed and called the restaurant. I spoke to a manager named Tabitha. I explained my disappointment and Tabitha quickly refunded my order back to the bank card I used. . . .BUT Tabitha went several steps further, she had my order remade and dropped off at the front desk of my hotel so that I would have something to eat for dinner. Tabitha could have given me empty apologies but she obviously knows what true customer service looks like and how it behaves. Thank you so much Tabitha for going the extra mile and really demonstrating true customer service. I have a full stomach tonight!!!
By far my favorite T-Flats location. In addition to the usual atmosphere and food consistent across all their locations, this particular one has superior service. Every employee is always so kind here. Mistakes are exceedingly rare and on those few occasions they go above and beyond to take care of it. Shoutout to the Tuesday night staff for their hard work feeding my family every Taco Tuesday!
